It is useful for both block 1(Pre-Clinical disciplines, Para-Clinical disciplines, and Research Projects) and block 2(Clinical Specialties, Super Specialties, and Community Clinics). This log book is useful for recording student’s work when posted in research, clinical, laboratory, or community setup. It also takes care of space for writing one’s reflections on various activities as part of Electives. There is also provision for teachers to give their feedback and space provided for formative assessment
