The STEER module (and this book) does not provide textual information and consequently is not intended to teach pediatrics. It sensitizes to think and unfolds a hitherto dormant ability to arrive at a provisional diagnosis in most common clinical situations and often even in notso- common ones. STEER is an interactive program based on live case scenarios, at the end of which delegates reinvent their power of clinical analysis—a power that all of us possess. Many of the participants who attended the live program felt that attending the interactive program did sensitize them, but they need to keep revising the concepts of STEER, for which they suggested a print format. Therefore, we present this print format of STEER that offers analysis of each slide discussed in the live program. We hope it Sensitizes our Thinking process, Enabling Excellence and Rationality.
